The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, as well as round-trip transportation costs during the trip.

The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 2 and above are charged the adult price; children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group).

A minimum of 8 people are required for the group to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not met, our company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for, and no refunds will be given to those who are late or do not attend.

The ripeness, size, and sweetness of fruit depend on weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee its quality, and customers cannot use the quality of the fruit as a reason for complaint.

The flowering period may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is organized, departure will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering situation. Please be aware of this.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and guests may not claim compensation for this reason. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the restaurant is temporarily closed/fully booked or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be able to dine at another restaurant or receive a cash voucher instead.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable to participate before considering any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip.

The daily schedule may be subject to adjustments based on the weather, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only assume the obligation to provide full assistance, and the company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.

Please note that the areas of responsibility for tour guides and drivers/tour leaders differ in Japan. For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking guide will accompany the group. (The guide will alternate between Cantonese and Mandarin; if the language of the tour cannot be specified, it will be determined on the day of the tour.) (For groups of less than 10 people, only the driver/tour leader will accompany the group – the driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management.) ※The accompanying driver/tour leader speaks Mandarin; in case of emergency, you can seek assistance from the driver/tour leader.
