◉ All ski lessons offered by Wilderness Skiing are taught by individuals with internationally recognized ski instructor certifications, ski resort teaching permits, and valid work visas.

◉ We will arrange a suitable coach based on the student's situation; we regret that we cannot specify a coach. Please provide the following information in the remarks section to facilitate information provision and coach arrangement:

① Accommodation Location

② Skiing ability level: Please briefly describe the skiing level of each student (e.g., first time skiing, leaf turn, S turn, can brake fully, etc.).

③ The gender, approximate age group, presence of any special medical conditions, pregnancy, etc. of the participants.

④ The fee includes insurance for the day of class. Please provide the name, ID number, and date of birth of each student.

◉ Children aged 6-10 are only accepted. For safety reasons, only one-on-one private lessons are provided.

◉ The course fee only includes the 'instructor fee' and 'insurance fee', and does not include other expenses such as ski lift tickets, ski equipment rental, transportation, accommodation, or personal expenses.

◉ Most local hotels offer discount coupons for ski lift tickets; please inquire at your hotel.

◉ If you are a first-time skier, you don't need to buy a chairlift pass yet. The instructor will provide suitable options for your reference later.

◉ Portrait Rights and Use of Images: During the course, Wilderness and its instructors may take photos or videos of participants for learning documentation. These may be used for promotional or educational purposes related to the school (such as websites, social media, brochures, or print materials) if necessary. If participants do not wish their photos or videos to be used, please inform us in writing or by email before the course begins. We will fully respect and comply with their wishes.

◉ If a student has a specific medical condition, is pregnant, or has other health issues, they must inform the instructor in advance. The instructor has the right to adjust the class content or refuse to teach the class depending on the individual circumstances. Students with concerns about their medical conditions or health status are strongly advised to consult a doctor for professional advice before enrolling. Students should also ensure they have purchased appropriate insurance to cover unforeseen risks.

◉ If classes are cancelled due to force majeure events such as the ski resort being completely closed or natural disasters, we will contact you proactively and provide a full refund.

◉ If the course is cancelled due to severe weather conditions and the instructor determines that there is a high risk, a full refund will be issued.

◉ Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method, minus necessary bank or payment platform fees (5%–10%).
