Located a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, Endoji Makkori Jozoujo is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Each bottle of our craft makgeolli is carefully handmade using only rice from Aichi Prefecture, water, and koji, with no additives to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. We offer a variety of ways to enjoy it, including dry, sweet, and fruit-infused varieties. Our dishes are based on Korean traditions, featuring gentle flavors that highlight the appeal of the ingredients. Enjoy a pairing that delights both body and soul in a calm space equipped with counter seating.
We want you to experience the warmth of handmade makgeolli, its profound flavor, and how to enjoy it. With this desire in mind, we were established in 2024 as one of the few makgeolli breweries in Aichi Prefecture. Just as there are "local sakes" in Japan, makgeolli also has its own rich and varied characteristics depending on the region and brewer. Please feel free to try our craft makgeolli, which is carefully brewed one by one using traditional methods. We look forward to serving you unique Korean food and drinks.
Our makgeolli is carefully brewed using only selected rice, water, and koji from Aichi Prefecture. We use no unnecessary ingredients, making the most of the natural flavor of the ingredients. Our makgeolli is "raw makgeolli" with live yeast and lactic acid bacteria, and comes in a variety of flavors, from fruity to dry and refreshingly sour. We also have flavors that incorporate secondary ingredients such as fruit, making the wide variety even more appealing. Enjoy it chilled, on the rocks, or with soda. Enjoy it however you like.
Located within walking distance of Nagoya Station, Endoji Makgeolli Brewery is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and its charm lies in its friendly atmosphere, even for those new to makgeolli. The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with a total of 20 seats, and counter seats are also available for those who are alone and feel comfortable stopping by. You can experience the world of craft makgeolli at any time.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
