We serve dishes using the highest quality venison raised in the rich nature of Betsukai Town in eastern Hokkaido. Savor our signature game dishes, such as the 'Roasted Venison with Fruit Sauce,' which uses tender venison soaked in whey—a specialty product of Betsukai Town—to reduce its gamey flavor. Please enjoy it along with wines that pair perfectly with game meat. Our stylish and chic interior is equipped with both counter and table seating. Please feel free to inquire about private bookings.
We recommend the "Roasted Hobbit with Fruit Sauce," made with the finest venison. By marinating the meat in milk whey, the odor is reduced and the meat is tender. We also recommend the "Ezo Venison Braised in Red Wine," which is Ezo venison belly and shank slowly simmered in plenty of red wine. We also have a wide selection of homemade dishes. We also have a wide selection of dishes that are made with carefully selected ingredients, such as dishes that go well with alcohol and rice dishes made with Yumepirika rice from Rankoshi. This course includes shabu-shabu of Ezo venison loin from Betsukai Town in our special soup. Enjoy it with seasonal vegetables. You can choose from three types of soup. You can also enjoy our original venison dumplings.
We offer a wide selection of wines that are carefully selected each month to complement our creative game dishes. We also offer rare liqueurs and wines that are hard to find elsewhere. We also recommend our hard-to-find domestic whiskeys and highballs made with our homemade ginger ale syrup.
Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Susukino Station, our restaurant offers counter and table seating, making it ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, banquets, girls' nights, farewell parties, dates, and more.
