Tucked away in the back alleys of Kanda Sudacho, this is a cozy hideaway izakaya. Named 'KATER'—the German word for both tomcat and hangover—the shop embodies our wish for you to enjoy yourself to your heart's content. Almost all dishes are handmade, offering a wide range from simple Japanese cuisine and tempura to spice-forward dishes. We also serve sashimi and appetizers made from fresh fish prepared in-house, which you can enjoy alongside rare sake, shochu, and house-infused spice sours.

- ・Depending on reservation availability, seat selection may not be possible. (Especially on weekends) ・The standard seating time is 2 hours, so we recommend that all guests arrive together. (Longer stays may be possible depending on your order) ・We require a minimum order of 1 drink and 1 food item per person. (Applies to all members of the group; as a guideline, one drink every 45 minutes) ・If no additional orders are placed within approximately 1 hour, you will be asked to leave without a last call notice. ・There is a minimum order requirement. (Stated on our Google and SNS pages) This is not strictly enforced on weekdays, but we strictly adhere to it based on reservation status and on weekends. *Even on weekdays, if we determine that you are using the restaurant as a cafe without the intention of dining, you will be asked to leave immediately.
- Restaurant service fee (charged separately at the time of payment for in-store dining): Otoshi (table charge) 500 JPY (tax included) *The information above is for reference only. Local charges take precedence.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following charges will be billed to you (the actual charges will be based on the information stated on your voucher after booking): No cancellation policy has been set.

If you need to change your order, please contact KKday customer service. However, please note that the final decision on whether to allow changes to your order rests with KKday and the restaurant, so please fill out your order carefully.
Please ensure that the order details provided are correct. If there is any error in the order information, you will be responsible for any resulting loss of rights.
Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but we cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
Please note that you cannot book different restaurants for the same time slot on the same day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
