Led by an owner with top-tier experience as a mangrove guide in Amami, we will venture deep into the mangroves. Embark on a real mangrove canoe expedition! We value the sense of adventure.

- We believe Sango-Chaya is the only place that consistently reaches the depths of the mangroves (at least for now)! This is a handmade tour created based on ocean conditions, mangrove timing, and weather. The tour is flexible. We want to accommodate your requests as much as possible, so please let us know what you would like to do.

- 09:30A brief explanation. Overview of the day, diving instructions, and time for changing clothes and using the restroom.
- 11:00Plenty of time in the underwater world. After the explanation and practice in shallow water, you will have plenty of time to dive. This is not an exaggeration; it is truly a full experience.
- 01:33In the afternoon. It varies by day, but we will visit the mangroves after the ocean (the order changes daily) and explore thoroughly.
- 16:00Thank you for your hard work. While it varies by day, the tour usually ends between 16:00 and 17:00.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Tours may be canceled due to weather conditions. *Tours are often canceled in case of severe weather such as typhoons.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- It's not good for your body to fly after diving, so please do your diving the day before your return, not on the day of your return. (This is fine for those arriving by ferry.)
Other special notes:
- There are no lockers, but we can store your luggage for you, so please ask at the location.

- The meeting point is Santaro no Sato. Please come by rental car, bus, etc. Please avoid flying on the same day after diving.

・For those arriving by car:
Please rent a car and drive to Santaro no Sato. It's about 30 minutes from Naze, about 30 minutes from Kuniya, and about 60 minutes from the airport.
・For those arriving by other means:
There is a bus stop at Santaro no Sato. If you're coming from Kuniya, you'll be able to get there just in time. However, there are no buses from Naze around the meeting time, so unfortunately, you'll need to come early.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
