Regarding cancellation of the event:

• The tour may be canceled if heavy rain or flood warnings or advisories are issued or if the weather is bad. Please choose a course that suits your physical condition. We may also cancel the tour if you appear to be feeling unwell on the day.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

• ・In the unlikely event that an accident occurs with another climber nearby, we may have to interrupt the tour midway through to ensure the safety of our guests. Please follow the guide's instructions on-site. ・Pick-up from accommodations is provided as a service. Pick-up times vary depending on the accommodation, so we will decide in advance. ■Please note that we may not be able to accept your request if the accommodations are fully booked.

Other important points:

• There are very few toilets in the mountains of Yakushima, so we ask that each climber prepare a portable toilet in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
