For services exceeding 10 hours or used between 20:00 and 22:00, the 14-seater Sea Lion will be charged at JPY 5,000 per hour; the 24-seater Coaster and 62-seater bus will be charged at JPY 10,000 per hour (less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour). Please pay the driver in cash on the day of your trip.
Child seats for children aged 0-2 years are provided. The first seat is free, and subsequent seats will cost 2000 yen per day. Please note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on the day of your trip.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather affecting your trip, customer service will notify you separately. In such cases, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you are the one requesting a rescheduling or cancellation, please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant proof. Customer service will handle the matter at their discretion.
Please be sure to specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit on the day of travel, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and no refund will be given.
On the day of your trip, to ensure a smoother journey, the driver will suggest a return time based on traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware of this.
The pick-up time on the day of the trip will be based on the itinerary time confirmed before departure. If the guest is late, the driver will suggest shortening the trip accordingly. If the guest chooses not to shorten the trip and incurs overtime, an overtime fee will be charged.
If you need to make any changes to your itinerary, please submit your request at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
If a passenger fails to appear at the agreed time due to personal reasons, or cannot be contacted after the waiting time has expired, the driver will leave and the trip will be considered abandoned, with no refund.
To maintain a comfortable travel experience, eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle (except for drinking plain water). Your cooperation is appreciated.
If you require pick-up or drop-off at different locations (one of which must be within Osaka Prefecture), the corresponding empty vehicle time will be deducted. Please note this when placing your order for customer service confirmation.
