Instructions for use:
- Choose the start date you wish to use and purchase the corresponding rental plan based on the number of days you wish to use.
- During the start date, at the rental plan's website, use the KYMCO Ionex App to select "Use Reservation Redemption Code," and enter the "Order Number" from your completed subscription to redeem your code.
- All reservation redemption codes have an expiration date and will automatically expire after that.
- If the reservation redemption code becomes invalid due to any of the following factors during the event, it will not be reissued:
1. Omissions due to self-operation.
2. Not redeemed by the due date.
3. Failure of network system hardware and software equipment provided by consumers, telecommunications operators, and credit card acquiring operators, or force majeure events such as natural disasters.
Return location:
- Please return the vehicle to the designated rental location, and be sure to park it in the "Ionex ATR Designated Parking Area". Parking an Ionex ATR in private areas, near gates, shops, or any area that may disturb others is strictly prohibited!
- If the vehicle is parked outside of the Ionex ATR designated area, a relocation service fee will be charged based on the distance.
How to use the reservation redemption code:
- Please download the KYMCO Ionex App and complete membership registration. You will need to pass document verification and link your credit card. See the tutorial below.
- After the review is completed, open the map page in the App > select the rental site > select "Rent a Car" > switch to "Use Reservation Redemption Code" > enter the order number > click "Add".
- After entering the reservation redemption code, select any vehicle at the station and scan the QR code below the vehicle's dashboard to rent a vehicle.

- Please use the service according to the payment plan you selected. If the service time exceeds the plan's duration, overtime fees will be charged, and the relevant fees will be automatically added by the Ionex App.

Reminders
Eligibility: Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and have held a Taiwanese heavy motorcycle driver's license for more than six months. Renters must download a dedicated app and complete the authentication process before picking up and returning the vehicle.
The pick-up and drop-off locations are the same; it is recommended to take photos of the vehicle when picking it up and dropping it off to protect your rights.
Please take good care of the rented vehicle and adhere to the principle of no damage. If there is obvious damage or destruction to the vehicle's interior, equipment, or body, the operator will seek compensation for those parts, with the cost based on the quote from the authorized maintenance shop/original manufacturer. In cases other than accidents, the operator will also be responsible for business losses, and charges will be calculated according to the table rate.
All fines and parking fees incurred during the rental period shall be borne by the lessee.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
