【Child Seat and Luggage Policy】
・This service uses legally registered commercial vehicles. According to Japanese law, child seats are not mandatory. One child booster seat can be provided free of charge if needed;
・From the second seat onwards, a fee of JPY 2,500 per seat applies. Please note this when placing your order. Please be aware that a child seat takes up approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space.
・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
・If you are unable to board due to exceeding the passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.

・Service Area: Within 300 km from your hotel in Tokyo. Cross-regional travel (e.g., Mt. Fuji + Hakone) will incur an additional service fee.
・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Tokyo city; locations outside this area will incur a deadhead fee (JPY 5,000–20,000).
・Urayasu, the Disney area, and Haneda Airport are not within the Tokyo city pick-up/drop-off range; a one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) will apply if service is required.
【Private Tour Service Hours】
・Standard service duration: 10 hours; overtime fees apply if exceeded.
・For pick-up and drop-off at different locations (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service duration is 8 hours; travel time for the vehicle to return to base must be reserved for other regions.
・Service hours are between 7:00 and 22:00. Please note in your order if you require service outside these hours for customer service confirmation.

・The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers.

・If the itinerary includes 'Mt. Fuji 5th Station', an entry fee (approx. JPY 2,800–6,400) must be paid on-site, which can be paid by the driver on your behalf.

Night Service Fee
The service hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If your trip exceeds this period, please note it when booking for customer service confirmation. An additional night service fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply, payable in cash to the driver on site.
Cross-Region Service Fee
If the itinerary crosses different regions (e.g., between Kamakura and the Mount Fuji area), a cross-region service fee will apply. Please note your desired route when booking, and we will confirm with you.
Reminders
To maintain a pleasant in-vehicle environment, please do not eat or drink in the car and dispose of your trash properly. If the seats, carpets, or interior are soiled, you will be required to cover the cleaning costs based on the professional company’s actual quotation.
If you need to modify or update your booking, please inform us at least two days before the trip. Requests made one day before or on the day of service cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
The private car service duration is 10 hours per day. Within this period, the service cannot be paused or extended by delaying the start time.
If you choose to end the private car service early, no refund will be issued, and the remaining time cannot be carried over to the next day.
If the pick-up or drop-off location is outside central Tokyo, empty travel time may be deducted or an additional surcharge may apply, depending on the situation. Please provide the correct address when booking so customer service can confirm in advance.
The departure time cannot be changed on the day of travel. For example, if your booking is scheduled for 10:00 AM and you start one hour later due to personal reasons, the service time will still be counted from 10:00 AM.
Private car services do not include guided accompaniment inside attractions. The driver will wait outside the sites. If you require accompanied guiding, please note this when booking so customer service can confirm the arrangement; additional service fees, attraction tickets, and parking fees will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of traffic congestion, the driver may adjust the route or itinerary order based on actual conditions and may suggest a suitable return time to ensure a smooth trip. If the service exceeds the allotted time, an overtime fee will be charged according to the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
