Reminders

  • If you have already exchanged the pass at JR Kyushu ticket counter but wish to cancel it, please go to the same counter at least 1 day before the first day of the pass validity period and request the cancellation. 10% of the ticket price (in Japanese Yen) will be charged as the processing fee before the rest is returned to you.

  • Travelers are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage, with a total combined length, width, and height of 250 cm (maximum length of 2 meters) and a weight of up to 30 kg. (Umbrellas, canes, carry-on luggage, backpacks, etc. are not included in this limit.)

  • When traveling on the Tōkaidō, Sanyō, Kyūshū, and Nishi-Kyūshū Shinkansen, oversized luggage with a total combined length, width, and height between 160 cm and 250 cm requires an advance reservation

  • Due to system limitations, reservations for "'oversized luggage storage with a seat" is not available here. Passengers using the JR Kyushu Rail Pass who wish to bring oversized luggage on the Kyushu Shinkansen must make a reservation at the station's ticket window

  • JR ticketing operates with a registration system. Please ensure sufficient information is provided while making a purchase, and bear in mind that we are not liable for any delays resulting from insufficient information provided by customers

How to Use

  • After completing your reservation, you will receive an order confirmation email from JR Kyushu. The eMCO electronic exchange voucher can be downloaded via the link in the email
  • When exchanging for the physical JR PASS, please present the eMCO electronic voucher in the JR Kyushu email to ensure a smooth exchange process. If you have any questions about the ticket exchange method, please contact KKday
    ※ JR Kyushu order confirmation email titled "JR Kyushu (Kyushu Railway Company)] Your voucher has been issued" should be sent within 5 minutes after the booking is completed. If not, please check your spam inbox or contact KKday Customer Support
  • After booking on KKday, customers may reserve seats via the official website in advance or by presenting the eMCO voucher at “Midori no Madoguchi” (ticket office) or a reserved seat ticket vending machine in JR Kyushu Stations
    ※ When making seat reservations in advance onlin , a fee of JP¥1,500 per adult ticket and JP¥750 per child ticket will be charged.
