There are up and down stairs and steep slopes on this itinerary. Please be sure to assess your physical condition before signing up. It is recommended to bring hiking poles and wear good walking shoes.
[Notice to Vegetarian Passengers] If you are a vegetarian and do not eat meat, please inform us when registering. If not informed, our tour will provide non-vegetarian food (starting from 3 working days (inclusive) before departure, changes in dietary habits will not be accepted).
This itinerary includes a lunch box. You can bring snacks and dry food to avoid starvation. To protect the mountains and forests, please take your garbage down the mountain and do not throw it away randomly.
This itinerary requires you to transfer to a shuttle bus in Dongzhi, Taipei, to the Snowy Mountains. Please follow the tour guide's instructions and abide by the meeting time.
Please pay attention to insect and mosquito repellent, remember to bring rain gear and replenish water at all times. Please bring your personal medicine with you.
The stopover and driving time for each attraction listed in the itinerary is for reference only. The order may be adjusted or changed due to actual road conditions or crowding. Please refer to the tour guide's announcement on the day.
In order to apply for travel liability insurance, the full name, ID number, and date of birth of each group traveler must be filled in when registering.
Tour bus seats are arranged according to the passenger's registration order number. To show fairness, the company does not accept any passenger's designated seat, please understand.
Please bring your personal health insurance card, personal health care medicines, mobile phone, camera, personal pocket money, sunscreen, rain gear or light raincoat and other necessary travel supplies with you.
Passengers who need to take motion sickness medicine should take it 60 minutes before boarding. No medicines are provided in this itinerary.
This registration form will not take effect until it has been confirmed by our company's customer service staff, and will be deemed to have been signed by both parties in the Tourism Bureau's standardized domestic travel contract. Passengers are advised to read the contents of the contract themselves.
In the event of force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, etc., the company reserves the right to postpone the departure or provide a full refund.
Please gather on time within the specified time. If a passenger leaves the group or fails to gather due to personal reasons during the itinerary, the company will not refund the fee.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
