Please note that Queen Town ticket is required to be purchased on-site; child ticket (NT$50): children age 3 - 11, traveler age 65 or over, or traveler holding a disability ID (includes 1 guardian); adult ticket (NT$100): travelers age 12 - 64; the ticket can be used as a meal coupon at the Queen Town restaurant
Free admission for children under age 3; other services may incur surcharges, please follow the regulations on-site; if the total traveler number is not the same as the booking traveler number, travelers will be required to make up for the price difference on-site

Smoking, drinking, and pets (including visitors' pets) are strictly prohibited at Windmill House, and offenders will be charged for cleaning
Pets, high-voltage electric appliances, and inflatable pools are not allowed in all areas of Windmill House
Visitors (non-residents of the Windmill House) must purchase tickets to enter the site(non-refundable), and upon entering, all visitors must check-in at the butler's office and present their ID card. Visitors must leave after 10:00pm and every visitor will be charged a cleaning fee of NT$100
If you want to invite your visitor to dine together, please notify the butler 7 days prior for meal preparation, NT$500/adult, NT$300/child person, cleaning fee is included
Please use on-site facilities with care and do not move any furniture or bed; it is also not allowed to move outdoor objects into the truck camper and note that compensation applies to damaged items
Please lower your volume after 11:00pm
Please follow the instructions from the butler, violations may result in admission decline, the deposit will not be refunded
In the event of inclement weather conditions (e.g. typhoon) resulting in cancellation, the butler will notify you by phone calls and assist you with full refunds request or reschedule (within 6 months)
All facilities are closed on Wednesdays, please take this into consideration if you plan to check in to the camp on a Tuesday
