Regarding the suspension of the limited express "Let's take the A train": If the limited express "A train" is suspended due to vehicle maintenance or bad weather, you will be replaced by other means of transportation (local trains or buses, etc.). At that time, the difference in the limited express train fare will be refunded.
Regarding the Nagabeda Seabed Road: The scenery here will change greatly depending on the tide conditions of the day. Please understand that the road may be completely submerged in the sea or completely exposed.

Reminders
Clothing and Things to Bring: Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. The temperature on the boat may be lower than on land and the wind may be stronger, so it is strongly recommended that you bring a light jacket. It is also recommended that you prepare sun protection products (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and seasickness medicine (if necessary).
About the meeting time: Please be sure to follow the designated meeting time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Please note that no refund will be given if you are late for the trip.
Strategies for the suspension of dolphin watching boats
If the cruise is cancelled before the departure date: If the shipping company decides to cancel the cruise one day before your departure, the entire trip will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
If the tour is canceled after departure (with a tour guide): We will take you to the alternative destination, Amakusa Pearl Center & SEA DONUT. We will refund the dolphin viewing boat fee.
If the ferry (Amakusa Treasure Island Line) cancels its service immediately before your departure, you will be asked to take a local bus to Sankaku Station to continue your trip. Your tour guide will prepare for this and provide detailed instructions and bus fares in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
