Our restaurant's pride and joy is undoubtedly our "Daisen Jidori Sauté." This popular dish is made by slowly sautéing Daisen Jidori, a brand of chicken raised in the rich natural environment of Tottori. The skin is crispy baked in the oven, while the inside is moist. The burnt butter sauce, flavored with garlic, capers, and anchovies, spreads across your palate, and the tartness of lemon adds a refreshing touch.
