• All passports must be valid for at least 6 months (from the return date) and have 2 blank pages for entry. Please ensure your passport has sufficient validity. Please visit the IATA Travel Centre website for specific passport validity requirements for your destination. Please check with your local consulate and immigration authorities to see if a visa is required. KKday is not responsible for boarding denials due to not having a valid passport or visa, and fees already paid are non-refundable and non-changeable. If your passport has expired at the time of registration, please enter the passport number from your old passport and provide your new passport information before ticketing or 7 days before departure to avoid being denied boarding or entry.
• According to airline regulations, even if an e-ticket has not been issued, no English name (including the order or any letters in the middle) can be changed when booking. Therefore, customers are responsible for providing the correct English order and spelling as it appears on their passports and must double-check before submitting their order. KKday will not be responsible for any accidental input errors, and payments already made cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
• Except for certain special offers, online check-in and seat reservation are available up to 48 hours prior to departure. Therefore, passengers must provide a correct and valid contact number and email address for the airline's records. No frequent flyer miles are credited on this ticket.
• All tickets on this product page are non-deferred and non-changeable. If you cancel after purchase, you will be required to pay the full amount.
• Your flight ticket will be sent to you via email 3 days before departure. Please wait patiently.
• For details regarding entry, exit, and transit restrictions, please refer to the local government's tourism website. If you require a layover, you may need to go through immigration procedures, collect your baggage, and re-board according to the regulations of the transit airport and/or airline. Please confirm in advance that you can provide the relevant travel documents or visa.
• Since each airline has different regulations for special passengers (including but not limited to pregnant passengers, people with disabilities, and elderly passengers), you can check the special passenger travel guidelines on the airline's official website and arrive at the airport in advance on the day of departure to complete the entry and exit procedures.
• Due to airline restrictions on the number of weeks of pregnancy a pregnant woman can expect to board, please be sure to check and confirm the relevant regulations of your chosen airline before booking your ticket. If a passenger is denied entry or boarding due to this issue, their travel expenses will not be refunded. Any additional costs incurred as a result, such as transportation and accommodation, will be the responsibility of the individual and will not be the responsibility of KKday.
• Please arrive at the airport 2.5 hours before departure to check in.
• Tickets must be used sequentially. If a passenger misses their flight for any reason (noshow), that flight and subsequent flights will be considered unusable and forfeited, and the passenger will not be able to claim any refund from KKday.
• Baggage size restrictions (including other special checked baggage such as strollers/wheelchairs) are subject to individual airline guidelines. Special checked baggage such as strollers/wheelchairs can be requested by contacting customer service after ticketing.
• This ticket is not eligible for free seat reservations or frequent flyer miles.
• If you need to bring medication, please keep the original packaging and instructions (preferably in English), and provide a doctor's prescription to prove that the medication was prescribed for you, so as not to delay security checks or customs clearance.
• Please ensure your booking information is correct and that you comply with all rules outlined in the booking instructions. Bookings that violate the product policy/booking instructions will be considered invalid.
• To protect your rights and avoid potential risks during overseas travel, we remind and recommend that you purchase travel safety insurance and travel inconvenience insurance.
• If transportation services are suspended, itineraries are changed, or suppliers are unable to deliver booked products due to force majeure, resulting in the need to change travel dates or cancel the trip, travelers must contact the relevant suppliers directly to negotiate. KKday will make every effort to assist travelers, but will not be liable for any costs or additional expenses incurred as a result (including but not limited to additional hotel accommodations, transportation costs, and long-distance telephone charges, all of which are to be borne by the traveler).
• "Force majeure" refers to, but is not limited to: war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather conditions, transportation technical problems, sudden changes or cancellations of services by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, or travel warnings issued by the destination government or the World Health Organization.
• Departure/arrival times during the flight may be adjusted/changed/cancelled depending on the flight situation, subject to the airline's final arrangements. Passengers agree and accept that the airline has the final decision and that this will not be considered a violation of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, and therefore waive any right to pursue or claim compensation from KKday.
• Please note that airlines may change flight schedules. Please refer to the airline's announcements for the correct flight times. Travel expenses will not be refunded if a passenger is denied entry or boarding due to their own fault. Any additional costs incurred as a result, such as transportation and accommodation, are the responsibility of the individual and are not the responsibility of KKday.

— How to get AIRSIM —

After order confirmation, customers will receive an AIRSIM redemption code via KKday message. Please enter the information on the AIRSIM promotional page to redeem the code.

Terms and Conditions

• The deadline for online redemption of this promotion and the expiration date of this individual redemption code are November 30, 2025.
• Each KKday customer, each registered valid email address, phone number, and AIRSIM account can receive the reward only once (i.e., the HK$50 stored value can only be claimed once). Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
• New customers can choose to receive their AIRSIM prepaid cards via regular mail or pick them up at our designated locations. Hong Kong postal delivery takes approximately 5 business days. You must provide a correct mailing address to receive your AIRSIM prepaid card, which will be sent via regular mail within 3 business days.
