As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing. Please bring rain gear in case of rain.
The bus may arrive late to the meeting point. Also, the itinerary may be changed depending on road traffic conditions.
Delays or non-participation due to transportation delays will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
If you are participating with two or more people, due to group arrangements, we may not be able to secure seats next to each other. In such cases, we leave the seating arrangement to our discretion. Also, if you are participating with an odd number of people, you may be seated with other passengers.
Children will be charged the same as adults. Infants are charged 5,000 yen (include bus seat only).
Please be aware that even if the return time significantly changes due to road conditions, we will not be able to cover costs such as accommodation, meals, or taxi fares.
