Once you receive the itinerary confirmation, your reservation is complete. Please go to the experience center on the designated date and time, and present your voucher to the counter staff with the "six-digit redemption code" to complete the check-in process. No additional phone reservation is required.
Each order has one opportunity to change the booking time. You can apply by contacting KKday customer service 3 days in advance of the original booking time; late applications will not be accepted. Once the order time has been changed, it cannot be changed or cancelled again. No refunds will be given for any price difference resulting from the time change. Once the order is confirmed, you agree to the refund policy of this platform and the service provider. Please be aware of this.
Please purchase according to the actual number of people. It cannot be shared with others. If the number of portions is insufficient, additional people will need to be added on-site at an extra charge. The extra charge for adding people will be charged according to the store's on-site regulations. Please be aware of this.
