The bus has a three-seat arrangement, so even if you are in a group of two or more people, you may have to sit vertically next to each other.
Lunch will not be provided on the first day. We will have 40-50 minutes of free time for lunch and shopping at a stop along the way, so please eat at your own discretion.
Seats on the Yamagata Railway Flower Nagai Line are unreserved.
Trains may be suspended due to weather conditions or other reasons. In that case, we will guide you to alternative sightseeing spots or give you a reasonable refund.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., or for non-participation. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
Since this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
For safety reasons and for tour conductor duties, seats for tour conductors are provided at the front of the bus.
Due to unexpected traffic congestion and crowded tourist spots, we may be forced to skip some sightseeing spots, shorten sightseeing time, change buses, and experience delays in returning home.
This course will guide you on a walk during the trip. Please wear rubber-soled shoes or sneakers and comfortable clothing.
Children and infants are not permitted to participate in this course.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
