●If there are fewer than two participants, the tour may not take place.
●Private vehicles: 2-seater sedan, 3-6-seater wagon, 20-seater mid-size bus ●Child conditions: Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18kg must use a child seat. If you bring your own, the first one is free of charge, but there is a rental fee for the second one (NT$500 per seat).
● Guide: One Japanese guide (guide departing from Kaohsiung) will be provided for the entire trip.
●When applying for a tour, please provide your name, date of birth, and passport number.
●For the basic course, a guide will be arranged in Kaohsiung.
●The meals included in the tour may be served on large platters depending on the number of people. Please note that food is generally served on large platters in restaurants in Taiwan.
*Menus and drinks ordered separately will be charged separately.
If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and have them sign the leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price as this is a request to leave the group at your own convenience.

●Tour schedules may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
Please note that in principle, we will not refund the tour price or other damages and expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.

After 18:00 local time one business day before the participation date or on the day, 100% of the total reservation amount
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
