[About Clothing]

1. Our store offers basic formal suits; we recommend bringing your own clothing as needed.

[Regarding makeup and hair]

1. You can apply a moisturizing face mask the night before, and if your lips are dry, it is recommended to apply a thick layer of lip balm.

2. If allergic symptoms occur, it is recommended to reschedule.

3. For those with uneven hair color or gray hair, it is recommended to have the hair dyed evenly before scheduling a photoshoot.

4. Avoid cosmetic procedures (such as eyebrow embroidery or eyeliner embroidery) one week before the photoshoot.

5. If eyelashes are messy or sparse after eyelash transplantation, it is recommended to have them filled in.

◎Portrait/Photo Series

1. Each group is limited to one set of clothing and one background color. If a change is required, it will be purchased as a second set, and you must inform us in advance when making the appointment.

2. The shooting session will last approximately 40 minutes (including testing, shooting, and photo selection). The actual shooting time may be adjusted depending on the plan and additional purchases.

3. The photographer will confirm the style and requirements on the day of the shoot, and you are welcome to freely express your ideas.

4. The tent is equipped with partitions to protect privacy. Please inform us in advance if you have any special requirements.

5. Once a photo is selected, it cannot be changed. The original file will be kept for three days. If you need to select additional photos, please contact the counter staff.

[About photo editing]

1. If on-the-spot editing is possible, it is recommended to allow 60-90 minutes after shooting. If you are in a tight schedule, you can also use online editing.

2. Online photo retouching: Limited to 3 communications, with retouching to be completed within 30 days; alternatively, you can bring the "photo retouching card" to the store for retouching.

Once the photo is confirmed, the physical photo can be picked up at the original store within 30 days.

3. Photo editing allows you to adjust skin smoothing, blemish removal, face shape, body shape, stray hairs, and facial features. Personal features such as moles cannot be removed from ID photos.
