It is strictly forbidden to wear kimono during pregnancy. Our store will not be held responsible for any incidents that occur while you are hiding the fact that you are pregnant.
Please note that if your hips are over 130cm, there will be fewer kimono options. (Children must be over 70cm tall) (Children must be under 12 years old)
Please observe the return time. If the product is not returned during business hours without contacting us, we will close the store normally and will not wait overtime. If you return the item later than the day after the agreed return date, you will be charged a late fee equal to the rental and service fee.

Closing time is 18:00 (6:00PM)
In case of late return, a fee of 1,100 yen per person/30 minutes will be charged. If we do not hear from you during business hours that you will be making a late return, we will close the store as planned. Next day returns will be charged the same fee.
If you want to return the item the next day, you will need to pay a deposit of 1,100 yen (tax included) and 10,000 yen (50,000 yen for Furisode). If the item is not returned the next day, the 10,000 yen deposit will not be refunded.
If your kimono or small items (bags, etc.) are soiled or damaged when you return them, a stain fee of 3,000 yen or more per 20 square centimeters will be charged for soiling, and a damage fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged for damage. When purchasing a set meal, we recommend purchasing the insurance package for 550 yen (tax included) per person.
We will store your luggage for free, but please keep your valuables at your own risk. The store is not responsible for the loss (including theft), damage, leakage, etc. of these items.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for the start time of your reservation, your reservation will be considered invalid.
If the appointment time exceeds 10 minutes, priority will be given to customers who arrive on time. Regarding cancellation after booking,
Please note that no refund will be given for cancellations made within 7 days before arrival.
