- This is an independent travel package utilizing reserved Shinkansen seating. No tour guide will accompany you.
- You will need to issue and collect your Shinkansen tickets yourself at the station ticket machine before departure.
- After enjoying skiing or snowboarding, please board your designated Shinkansen train to return to Tokyo.
- In the unlikely event that you miss your designated Shinkansen, you may use non-reserved seating on subsequent trains (bound for GALA Yuzawa).
＜Schedule＞
- On the day of your trip, please issue your round-trip Shinkansen tickets at the station ticket machine before boarding.
- For the outbound Shinkansen, we will arrange a train departing from Tokyo Station between 7:00 and 9:00.
- If you have a preferred departure time, please enter it in the comments section when booking. Please note that we may not be able to arrange your preferred train depending on availability. If your preferred train is fully booked or if you do not have a specific preference, we will arrange a train within the aforementioned time frame.
- Please board the train bound for 'GALA Yuzawa'.
- On the day of your trip, please be sure to check the JR Shinkansen operation status and the operating status of the ski resort before you depart.

- There is no attendant for this plan.
- Please purchase your Shinkansen ticket yourself at the ticket vending machine at the station, and then board the train after receiving and issuing your ticket.
- To purchase a lift ticket, an electronic coupon will be issued on your smartphone and you will need to present it at the ticket counter inside GALA Yuzawa Ski Center to exchange it.
- The operator will send you the following information via your KKday Message Manager at least 2 days before your departure.

For independent tours, we will not contact you regarding cancellations due to weather or other reasons.
Please take the Joetsu Shinkansen bound for GALA Yuzawa. In the unlikely event that you board a Joetsu Shinkansen that is not bound for GALA Yuzawa, you can get off at Echigo Yuzawa Station and take the free shuttle bus to GALA Yuzawa Ski Resort. In that case, please show your Shinkansen ticket to a station attendant and exit the ticket gate without going through the automatic ticket gate.
If all reserved seats on the Shinkansen are full, you may be offered a non-reserved seat.
Shinkansen tickets cannot be canceled after they have been issued, so please issue your ticket on the day of departure. Please allow ample time for your journey.
Skiing is a dangerous sport, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance or accident insurance before your trip to be prepared for any potential injuries.
Please note that some ski resorts may require a deposit when exchanging your lift ticket. This deposit will be refunded when you return your IC card.
If even one ski course at the resort is open, the ski plan will generally proceed, and no refunds will be given in such cases.
During business hours, operating hours may be shortened or some lifts may be closed due to snowfall or other weather conditions, but no refunds will be given in such cases.
In the event of JR Shinkansen cancellations, ski resort closures, or the complete shutdown of lifts, gondolas, and ropeways due to weather conditions, we will refund your entire travel fare. Please be sure to cancel your reservation through KKday before issuing your JR Shinkansen tickets.
Night skiing is not included in the lift ticket price.
