Our popular "Omakase Course" features nine creative dishes made with plenty of fresh Amami ingredients, incorporating island cuisine and authentic Italian techniques. It's a staple course enjoyed by over 80% of our local repeat customers. At a very reasonable 4,000 yen with two hours of all-you-can-drink, it's packed with delicious options including seafood carpaccio, pizza, pasta, meat dishes, fish dishes, rice dishes, and dessert! Available for same-day orders and for parties of two or more, so tourists are welcome to join us!
When it comes to local Amami liquor, "brown sugar shochu" is the one to choose. We have prepared about 30 varieties from various breweries, including rare brands that are hard to find. It's easy to drink even for women because it has a mild flavor, and you can enjoy an even more refreshing drink when mixed with soda. As a new way to enjoy it, we also have original cocktails made with brown sugar shochu. They pair well with creative Italian cuisine and are a confident creation that we highly recommend you try. It's also recommended when you want to try a different way of drinking!
To complement our creative Italian cuisine, we always stock around 10 types of wine, mainly from France and Italy, kept in optimal condition in our wine cellar.
