At 'Ikejiri Brian', run by an owner from Okinawa, we serve delicious fish dishes and sake. You can enjoy not only high-quality fresh fish sourced from Toyosu, but also fish that has been carefully aged to bring out its umami. The interior is a bright and welcoming Japanese-style space. With both counter and table seating, we can accommodate everyone from solo diners to private group bookings◎Please feel free to drop by our cozy and relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding after work♪
We travel all the way to Miyagi Prefecture to source our sake, offering a wide variety of flavors. We change our brands regularly, so please feel free to ask for recommendations♪ We also have a large selection of domestic wines. You can enjoy wines from Yamanashi Prefecture, as well as Yamagata and Shimane Prefectures, depending on the stock. Both sake and wine pair perfectly with fish dishes. ◎ To finish off your meal, we recommend our earthenware pot rice, made with brand-name rice from Miyagi Prefecture. ☆ Topped with plenty of seasonal ingredients, it will satisfy both body and soul!

Our friendly owner, originally from Okinawa Prefecture, is currently practicing the sanshin! If you come and say hello, you might even hear an Okinawan song♪ Please feel free to come and spend time in our restaurant, which has a fun atmosphere that only an island-raised chef can offer. We also serve the Okinawan classic, "Mimiga." Slowly boiled with aromatic vegetables, Mimiga is so delicious you won't be able to stop eating it! We plan to add more Okinawan dishes to our menu in the future, so please look forward to it☆
