Our "Mizutaki" (chicken hot pot) is made by simmering chicken in a pot for 7-8 hours, resulting in a rich, flavorful white broth. We use Date Bussan's herb-fed chicken, prepared using Genkai's unique cooking methods and seasonings, which have a history of nearly 100 years. Our Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) is a popular lunch item! We use the same herb-fed chicken as in our Mizutaki, and our eggs are from the "Akane Bijin" brand. We also offer sets that include Mizutaki. We hope you have a wonderful time!
This oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) was originally created by the previous head chef of Genkai. It's an original oyakodon that you can only eat here, using the soup from their chicken hot pot. There are still many other secrets, but I can't say any more than that. Please try it once, you'll be hooked.
Enjoy a relaxing time in our calm and tranquil atmosphere. We offer various seating options, including semi-private rooms, perfect for enjoying time with friends, colleagues, or business associates. On weekdays, reservations are easiest to secure after 1 PM. Please contact us to make a reservation.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
