We purchase our fresh, high-quality meat every morning from the Shibaura Central Meat Wholesale Market in Tokyo. To make this carefully selected meat even more delicious, we serve it with sauces that go perfectly with it, such as miso, salt sauce, lemon, rock salt, and wasabi soy sauce. Our specialty is the "Tokyoen 10-second loin," which is grilled for 5 seconds on each side and then dipped in egg. The lean meat is so tender it melts in your mouth, making it an exquisite dish. Our restaurant is located in a quiet residential area, with a hideaway-like atmosphere. The interior has a chic and elegant atmosphere, incorporating Japanese elements throughout. Enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by subdued lighting. We have tables for 2 to 5 people. Our fully private rooms, which can accommodate up to 4 people, create a special private space. The spacious seats are perfect for dates, celebrations, and other days spent with loved ones, or for incognito meals.
We have a wide variety of menu items, from snacks that go well with alcohol, to rice and cold noodles to finish off your meal, and desserts. The most popular dish is the "Garlic Rice" made with garlic from Takko-machi, Aomori Prefecture. The piping hot "Heavenly Stone-grilled Bibimbap" is also popular. Also, the "Super Spicy Soup" is a stimulating dish that will blow away your stress, and is a must-try for those who like spicy food. The spiciness level can be adjusted to 2x, 3x, or 100-crack. We also offer sashimi and yukhoe, which can only be enjoyed because the ingredients are extremely fresh.
We also offer large servings of drinks to enjoy with your meal. We have a wide variety of beers and sours. We have wines that go well with meat, available by the bottle as well as by the glass for a casual taste.
