- Minors aged 12 and above entering the store need to make a reservation for the same meal as adults.
- Please dress appropriately and avoid overly casual clothing (such as slippers, sandals, vests, shorts, suspenders, miniskirts, etc.). Please note that French and Western restaurants have extremely strict dress code requirements. Male guests must wear a shirt or jacket with a collar on the upper body and long pants (jeans are not allowed) and socks on the lower body.
- Please arrive at the restaurant on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant may cancel your reservation and the fees paid will not be refunded. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the restaurant may refuse entry and you may be required to wait.
- If the guest fails to provide truthful reservation information (including but not limited to the discrepancy between the number of people reserved and the actual number of people, failure to provide the number and age of minors), fails to comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, fighting, smoking, drinking, live streaming on the Internet, or engaging in other activities that may affect others' dining in the restaurant), all losses and consequences caused shall be borne by the guest himself.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
