・When booking, please be sure to enter the names (as they appear on your passport), passport numbers, and dates of birth of all participants. This information is required to arrange travel insurance. *Insurance premiums are included in the tour price.
・We strictly prohibit passengers who are drinking alcohol or in a state of intoxication from boarding the vehicle.
Notes/Others: Traffic restrictions will be put into place at some tourist spots during the busy periods listed below, so heavy congestion is expected.

Regarding luggage, the total size of the three dimensions (length, width, and height) must be within 115cm, and each dimension must be within 55cm x 40cm x 25cm (limit one per person).
Since you will be sharing the ride with other passengers, luggage exceeding the above size cannot be loaded.
Regarding the second day of the tour, the tour will finish in Jiufen on the first day, so please return to Taipei by taxi or bus on your own.

・Some stores in tourist areas do not accept credit cards. We recommend that you carry some cash with you.
・We recommend that you bring a folding umbrella and raincoat in case the weather changes suddenly.

・During peak seasons, traffic restrictions will be put into place at certain tourist spots, so heavy congestion is expected. If travel to and from the tourist spots takes a long time due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, your time at the tourist spots will be shortened.
・You will be guided by a Japanese-speaking driver. As we are not a tour guide, we can only provide basic information, interpretation, directions, and emergency response at other tourist sites.

・Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the tour. If a child damages any items on the vehicle or at tourist attractions, the parents will be required to pay compensation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
