[Admission Notice]

• Please arrive at the event venue 10 minutes before the designated entrance time. You may have to wait depending on how crowded the venue is. Please refrain from arriving earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time, as this may cause inconvenience to neighboring stores.
  
• If you are late for the stated entrance time, you will be guided in after the people in your designated entrance time have entered. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
  
• If the venue becomes crowded, admission may be restricted to ensure the safety of all visitors, even if you have a time-specified ticket. Also, it may take some time to enter the venue.
  
• The queuing method may change depending on the congestion situation on the day.
  
• The venue, including the merchandise corner, will close at 5pm. Please note that you may not be able to purchase merchandise if you arrive after that time.
  
• You cannot use only the merchandise area.
  
• Re-entry is not permitted.

• In the event of congestion, the event time may change without notice.
  
• Event dates, times, and content may be changed, postponed, or canceled without notice due to various circumstances.
  
• If the venue becomes crowded, admission may be restricted to ensure the safety of our guests.
  
• Please note that the organizers may take recorder photos and videos within the exhibition venue, as well as photos and videos for various media coverage (TV, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, etc.). Please note that these photos and videos may be used for advertisements and publications, and that visitors may be captured on video and other media.
  
• Admission tickets cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
  
• It will be prohibited to come to the venue dressed in clothing that could be deemed as cosplay by an adult customer.

If you find or lose something,

If you get lost or find a lost child (please note that we cannot call for help within the venue)

If you see a suspicious object or person

• Please do not run inside or outside the venue as it is dangerous.
  
• Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as sitting down in shared spaces such as aisles.
  
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
  
• There are no restrooms within the venue.
  
• In case of rain, you may be asked to line up outside, so please prepare rain gear in advance.
  
• Pets are not permitted to enter the venue (with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs).
  
• Please refrain from bringing in any items, such as replica swords, that may disturb other visitors.
  
• Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any troubles that may occur with items that you bring with you, such as ready-made goods or special costumes.
  
• There are no changing rooms or cloakrooms at the venue.
  
• In order to ensure the safety and smooth running of the event, we ask for your cooperation in following the instructions of staff.
  
• Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase all merchandise.
  

[About the shoot]

• Please refrain from taking photographs, videos, or recording audio inside the venue. In some areas, photography is only permitted with mobile phones, smartphones, and tablet devices.
  
• Long or large items such as single-lens reflex cameras cannot be used.
  
• Please refrain from using flash photography, selfie sticks, tripods, etc.
  
• If you are taking photographs, please be considerate so as not to disturb other customers.
• Depending on the situation, we may restrict or ask you to refrain from taking photographs even in areas where photography is permitted.
• Commercial use of photographs taken is strictly prohibited.
