  • The organizer has the right to adjust the number of people for each theme session on a rolling basis based on the actual registration status.

  • This activity is a special discount plan and is not applicable to other discounts for the elderly, young children, and people with disabilities.

  • Applicants are required to complete the payment within the specified period. Receipt of the voucher indicates that the registration is completed; if the payment is not completed within the specified period, it will be deemed as a waiver and the quota will be automatically released without prior notice. If you still want to register, please register again.

  • Since the event experience, meals, insurance and other matters of this project have been arranged in advance, those who bring non-registered participants to participate in the event on the day of the event must pay in cash the full original price of the trip excluding insurance fees, and work on-site Personnel reserves the right to join temporarily.

  • This event does not provide vegetarian food for meals. Vegetarians who wish to sign up should make their own assessment. If you still want to participate, the unit will not provide a partial refund or discount.

  • The content of each theme is different, so please read it carefully when registering. If there is any change in the original itinerary, the content in the pre-departure notice shall prevail.

  • Since the itinerary is arranged in conjunction with the actual operating schedule of Taiwan's Haoxing Route, it will be adjusted on-site according to actual conditions, and the activities in the national city are combined with walking or outdoor experiences. Please evaluate your physical condition to sign up and bring your own sunscreen or sun protection according to the weather forecast. Rain supplies.

  • If there are any unanswered questions, the organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and modification.

  • By signing up, you agree to sign a standardized travel contract and will not sign another one. Travel liability insurance will be insured during the itinerary. If you want to leave early, you will be deemed to have given up your insurance rights. Please be sure to check the route timetable yourself.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
