- Please note that the meeting and boarding times for airport transfers will be determined by the operator in accordance with the flight departure time and cannot be specified by the customer.
- The supplier will send you an email with the driver's contact details and meeting point information by 18:00 (Japan time) the day before departure. Please be sure to check your email.
- If you do not receive a final confirmation email by 6:00 PM (Japan time) on the day before departure, please contact Customer Service.
- If you wish to change the date, time or location, you will need to cancel and make a new reservation.
- We will not charge you for cancellations due to flight delays or cancellations. If you provide a delay certificate, we will give you a full refund. However, we do not provide waiting for delays.
- Depending on the route, you may not use expressways. There is no additional charge for using expressways.
- Please provide the correct pick-up/drop-off location and address when booking. Please make sure the hotel name and address are correct. No refund will be given if the address provided is incorrect and we are unable to drop you off/pick you up at the correct location.
- We do not lend out child seats or junior seats. In accordance with the Japanese Road Traffic Act, children under the age of 6 must sit in a child seat. However, legally registered commercial vehicles are an exception, and passengers may ride in a vehicle carrying a child under the age of 3, provided the child is wearing a seat belt. If you require a child seat or junior seat, please prepare your own.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
