  • The ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions or other reasons. In that case, we will guide you to an alternative tourist spot or refund the appropriate amount.

  • The best time to see the autumn leaves may vary depending on weather conditions. Departure dates are set based on the usual time of year, but please note that the best viewing time may not be on the day of departure. If you cancel your tour reservation due to the condition of the autumn leaves, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Small and medium-sized buses may be used. There will be no bus guides on board.

  • Children's (elementary school students) fares are 5,000 yen off the adult fare, and the travel fee for children aged 3 to 5 (preschoolers) is a flat 4,000 yen.

  • Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.

Cancellation Policy
