Purchase Notice
- Please read carefully the relevant itinerary content of the activities you are participating in and the provisions of this article, and then decide to register after fully understanding and agreeing.
- Pre-departure notice (gathering time and location, precautions, and contact number of the coach on the day) will be sent out 2 to 3 days before the event day
- Please ensure that the contact information you fill in is correct. If foreigners do not have a Taiwan contact number, please use communication software instead.
- To participate in the event in spring and autumn, travelers who are afraid of the cold can choose to purchase and rent cold-proof clothing when booking, and go to the meeting point early to pick up and change clothes
- There is no flushing equipment on site, but changing tents are provided.
- If there are strong winds and waves during the activity on that day, for safety reasons, the itinerary may be adjusted and no island landing and snorkeling will be included. This cannot be used as a request for refund.
- Minors aged 12-18 must be accompanied by their parents. If a school group is leading the group, parent consent must be obtained
- Please make sure that you are in good health. Those with sudden illnesses such as heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc. are not suitable for participating in the experience. Please do not sign up.
- Event-related images include photos and videos, which may be used in the event introduction and promotion of our company and partner platforms. If you do not agree to the use, please notify our company in text by email or official communication method.
- Photos and videos of the event will be provided via e-mail for download within 2-3 days after the event.
- When canceling a travel itinerary, the cancellation time will be determined based on the time when the passenger submits a cancellation application on the KKday platform. Please be informed.

Reminders
A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please do not be late. If the collection is overdue and those who cannot participate or are absent, no refund will be given.
In case of typhoon, heavy rain, strong wind, thunder and other irresistible factors of nature, the company reserves the right to change and change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation, for the safety of the group members.
If the company notifies you that the weather is bad before the activity starts, you can choose to postpone or refund the fee.
After arriving at the site on the day of the event, the site leader announced that the event was not suitable for the event due to safety concerns, and the event was announced to be cancelled, and the insurance fee of NT$ 100 per person will be refunded after deducting the administrative procedure insurance fee.
Please follow the instructions of the team leader and coach, and use the team spirit to assist teammates. Do not leave the team and do activities on your own.
The activity arrangement will be adjusted due to the status of the participants/facilities/weather factors. Safety and overall quality are the highest considerations. Some adjustments to the itinerary due to weather and wind and waves cannot be used as a refund request.
Shell Island is a naturally formed shell beach, please do not take any shells and natural objects away. Garbage does not fall to the ground, please take the garbage away by yourself.
Pets are limited to one per board, and small dogs are preferred. You must bring your own life jacket for pets. If you do not wear a life jacket, you will not be able to sail.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
