Owner-chef Matsumoto started cooking in his late teens, then travelled to Canada by chance to encounter French cuisine, where he fell in love with it. After several years of training, he returned to Japan and opened "BistroHOBO." Based on the concept of a "grand home party" that unfolds between us and our customers, we have infused our food and space with our own wishes and warmth.
