The beef served at this restaurant is carefully prepared by Japanese beef craftsmen and is "Noto beef" that has been carefully selected by the craftsmen. We want our customers in Kanazawa to be able to enjoy the high quality of this proud meat in the best possible condition, so our professional staff grills it right in front of you.
The kamado (cooked food stove) stands out on the counter, and rice carefully selected from all over Japan is cooked in a hagama pot until fluffy and tender. This specially selected rice is the perfect partner for yakiniku, further enhancing the flavor of the top-grade specially selected wagyu beef.
A yakiniku restaurant like a hideaway Our restaurant is renovated from a 170-year-old townhouse, with a large open ceiling and exposed beams, and a chic, adult atmosphere that exudes the charm and tradition of Kanazawa. Most of the guest rooms are private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 8 people, making them perfect for dates and business meetings.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
