To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, please refrain from disruptive behavior or loud celebrations. - The Owner We serve the finest clams from Kuwana, Mie Prefecture. A highlight is the opportunity to taste rare Aichi clams, alongside grilled clams from Kuwana and Chiba. Our manager, with a background in Japanese cuisine, and our head chef, with a background in Italian cuisine, use seasonal fresh fish and shellfish sourced from the Nagoya Central Wholesale Market, as well as seasonal vegetables from the Tokai region and Iida, Nagano, to flexibly create dishes in various styles to suit our guests' preferences.
It goes without saying that Kuwana produces the highest quality clams. The freshwater from the Kiso River helps regulate the salinity of Ise Bay, which is why the clams are packed with meat and full of flavor. Those from Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture, are characterized by their large size, allowing you to directly taste the umami of the sea. We offer both types, so you can compare them. We also have rare clams from Aichi, which are rich in flavor and are recommended to try when you have them.
A fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine. We throw away preconceived ideas, strive to bring out the best in the ingredients, and continue to search for dishes that will please our customers the most. One answer is clam pasta. Bite-sized pasta in the shape of a clam. Fresh pasta made daily has a superb chewy texture. We offer recommended dishes such as tomato sauce and cream sauce. We also have dishes that women will love, such as clam chowder and ajillo.
In the center of the counter seats is a showcase with seasonal ingredients. Fish, meat, vegetables, and other seasonal ingredients are displayed. Please choose your favorite ingredients and the head chef will prepare them in your preferred cooking method. Examples include domestic beef sukiyaki, shellfish risotto, bouillabaisse, bagna cauda, etc.
The chef and all the staff working at our restaurant will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. We aim to be a warm and welcoming restaurant with a spirit of altruism. Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
