We offer a wide variety of handmade dishes that pair perfectly with drinks, as well as a rich selection of local sake. Our 'Kushikatsu' (deep-fried skewers) are particularly popular, with a wide range of options from classic to unique varieties. We also serve local Joetsu specialties like shark fry that you can only find here, as well as the owner's recommended horse sashimi and rare delicacies♪ Whether you are dining alone or visiting with family and children, please feel free to drop by!
You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from light snacks to hearty noodle and rice dishes. Fresh locally caught fish is used for the sashimi! Deep-fried chicken and salads are also available. You can choose from a wide variety of nearly 50 types of popular "Kushiage" (deep-fried skewers)♪ There are many different types, from the standard to the unusual, with the "garlic" being a popular menu item among regulars. Each horse sashimi and liver is inspected one by one to ensure they are safe and fresh. The "horse tongue" is chewy and highly recommended.
We have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, including standard beers, highballs, and sours, as well as sake. We offer nearly 20 types of sake, including ginshu sake from Joetsu. We also have a menu with photos and detailed descriptions of the sake, so you can choose your favorite. Please try comparing the different flavors with your meal. We also offer non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks, so even those who don't like alcohol can visit us with peace of mind.
Half of the restaurant is counter seating, so it's an atmosphere where even solo diners can just drop in. Feel free to drop in for a drink after work or enjoy a set meal at lunchtime. We have tables for 4 and 2 people. We also have baby chairs, so customers with children are very welcome! Great for family meals. If you push all the tables together, we can seat up to 16 people, so you can use it in groups.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
