Nomisugi Kenshin uses top-quality Uonuma Koshihikari rice grown in the natural environment of Niigata. The flavor is doubled by cooking this Uonuma Koshihikari rice in the brewing water that is said to be the lifeblood of fine sake. Of course, it's delicious to eat as is, but we also have a wide selection of rice accompaniments that bring out the flavor of the rice even more, such as salmon roe in sake cups and Niigata local eggs.
