Our restaurant showcases the flavors of [Sanmaji]. We pride ourselves on our ramen with a clear, easy-to-eat pork bone broth♪ Enjoy the chewy texture of our flat noodles◎ We also offer our famous chicken skin, which is made with such care that we can only make 20 pieces per hour, and motsunabe (offal hot pot) characterized by the mellow sweetness of our flying fish broth◎ We also have a selection of local sake carefully chosen to complement our dishes, allowing you to fully enjoy Kyushu. We also have table seating on the second floor, so you can relax and enjoy yourself during farewell and welcome parties!
The pork bone soup used in the ramen is clear and not cloudy. We are proud of its easy-to-eat taste! Please also try the specialty chicken skin, which is wrapped with great care. Enjoy the crispy outside and chewy inside texture◎The motsunabe comes in two types: salt soy sauce with a sharp seasoning, and ago dashi soy sauce, which uses ago dashi, a famous dashi from Nagasaki, Kyushu. You can order from one person at the counter seats, so it is also recommended for solo diners! It might be fun to try different flavors♪Enjoy the flavors of Hakata and Kyushu.
Courses available at seats other than the counter allow you to enjoy a variety of Hakata and Kyushu cuisine all at once. We also offer a luxurious "Hakata Enjoyment Course" where you can enjoy a total of nine dishes, including fresh horse sashimi shipped directly from Kumamoto, Hakata bite-sized gyoza dumplings, and motsunabe. We can also discuss budgets, so please feel free to contact us. Enjoy our course meals that are perfect for a variety of occasions, including sightseeing and various banquets!
Our restaurant started out as a food stall, and on the first floor we have counter seats where you can enjoy the atmosphere. Please relax in the spacious seats. The table seats at the back are the most popular seats and are the only semi-private rooms in our restaurant. Unlike the counter seats, it is a quiet and private space. The tatami room on the second floor can accommodate a variety of numbers of people. The ceiling is decorated with old store signs and Hakata karuta cards, making it popular with tourists. Come and experience the atmosphere of Hakata♪
Be sure to enjoy some alcohol with your meal! We have three types of Kyushu local sake, all pure rice sake. We have the dry "Toyojun" and "Tanaka Rokugo" made with Yamadanishiki rice from Itoshima. Enjoy the natural flavor of the rice. It goes well with meals. We also have a lineup of local shochu. Enjoy Kagoshima's "Umi", "Tominohousan" and "Sato Kuro". Make memories of your Kyushu trip or have a drink on the way home from work. We also have beer and highballs, perfect for a toast.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on your booking confirmation): If you cancel this reservation, the following fees will apply. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
