We age carefully selected meat from Kyushu, including Holsteins, crossbreds, and shorthorns, for 30 to 120 days in our own aging cellars while still on the bone. Excess moisture is removed, and the umami components are concentrated, up to five times more than in regular meat! Please enjoy the ultimate aged meat, wrapped in an indescribably appetizing, mellow aroma.
Other than the bone-in aged meat, we use carefully selected lean meat from Kyushu such as Iki beef, Saga beef, Miyazaki beef, and Bungo beef. The taste of the lean meat carefully selected by the owner is exceptional.
Our restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and is popular with many customers for dates, business entertainment, or girls' nights. If you share a large piece of meat with everyone, it's sure to liven things up! Please use it for a variety of occasions.
