Our clay pots are sourced directly from farmers in Kyushu, and we are committed to safety and security. After you place your order, we cook the raw rice until it is plump and the flavor is locked in, making it especially delicious when it is freshly cooked. The ingredients in the clay pot change with the seasons, and some dishes use seasonal ingredients, while others use "oxtail" as a new specialty. Our restaurant is located a 5-minute walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka Station. It has high ceilings and an open atmosphere. In early spring and early autumn, the windows are fully opened, allowing you to dine in a comfortable space while enjoying the changing seasons.
