Our specialty is "grilled chicken thighs." This dish is made possible by the "highest heat of charcoal" achieved through our unique charcoal construction, allowing you to fully enjoy the condensed flavor of the chicken. You can choose from two seasonings: salt or spicy sauce. We also recommend our "fried chicken wings," which are marinated in a broth made from local chicken and seafood for a day and then fried until crispy, as well as our "fried chicken thighs"!
We offer a course where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes along with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. Our recommended "Obiya Course" offers a great deal with 6 dishes, including the recommended sashimi of the day, salad, and fried chicken. We also have a popular course where you can enjoy our specialty grilled peaches and fried chicken wings, with our proud "Mizutaki" hotpot as the main dish, made with soup simmered for 3 days! It is also perfect for various banquets.
The popular menu items, such as freshly slaughtered "chicken sashimi" and "liver sashimi" made with Kuro Satsuma chicken, are often sold out early! Cooked at low temperature, they have a moist texture and can be enjoyed with homemade sesame sauce. They also go great with the wide variety of potato shochu. We have about 10 types, mainly from Kyushu, so please give them a try.
The restaurant has a warm atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your meal. Our friendly staff will welcome you! There are four seats at the counter, four tables that seat four people, and a private room that can accommodate up to six people. The restaurant can also be rented for private use, and we can provide a private course depending on the number of people and your budget.
