We carefully select and source 'Motobu Beef,' known for its exquisite sweetness and tender texture, and 'Saga Beef,' known for its deep, rich flavor. Since the owner, Mr. Nagasato, is from Fukuoka Prefecture, you can also enjoy 'Hakata Mentaiko' (spicy cod roe) shipped directly from the popular brand 'Yamaya.' We offer a variety of drinks to complement your meal, including beer, wine, and highballs. Enjoy getting tipsy on a variety of fine alcoholic beverages.

Beef tongue topped with plenty of domestic green onions. Each serving contains about four slices of meat, making it very filling. It is grilled on a hot plate and cooked slowly so that it is cooked just right, and you can also enjoy the crunchy texture of the green onions.
