Normally, baking soda is used to soften beef tongue, which can give it a slightly bitter taste, but our restaurant uses a unique method to soften the beef tongue without using baking soda, allowing you to enjoy it in a state that brings out the original flavor to the fullest.
Beef tongue curry based on beef tongue tendons, invented by our head chef himself. It is a very popular final dish in our restaurant. It brings out the natural flavor of the beef tongue to the fullest, so please try this unique and luxurious taste♪♪
This tofu is ordered directly from Mihara Tofu Shop, a popular tofu shop in Kyushu that is difficult to reserve. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and is completely different from regular fried tofu.
It's only 4,580 yen to keep a 1.8L bottle!!! And if you come before 7pm, it's only 3,980 yen!!! And if you come back again, we'll keep it for you for 1,500 yen (free ice). So if you keep a bottle, you can drink for as little as 1,500 yen, no matter how many people you have♪♪ Since it's a 1.8L bottle, you can drink it slowly, and you can keep it for 3 months from your last visit, so you can drink with peace of mind◎We also have a wide variety of mixers, so you'll never get bored and you can enjoy it forever★
