Inside the stylish shop, about 10 types of cakes greet you from the showcase. Petit gateaux, including the award-winning 'un cadeau', all offer a unique flavor that is both rich and clear. Although you cannot tell from the outside, the cakes are layered with various flavors and textures, creating a harmony both individually and as a whole. With an aroma and taste that everyone will find 'delicious', these cakes have many repeat customers and are popular as a treat for yourself or as a gift for someone special.
There are two types: the standard caramelized macadamia nuts and seasonal limited editions. The seasonal limited editions use the most delicious ingredients of the season, both Japanese and Western, such as kumquats, raspberries, and Earl Grey. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy rare combinations such as Valrhona Blonde chocolate gateau au chocolat.
We offer a variety of baked goods and cakes made with carefully selected ingredients, such as galettes made with 100% Echire butter and financiers made with Sicilian almonds. Enjoy sweets made with plenty of ingredients from the place where he trained, which he began on this path at the age of 15. Nine types of baked goods are available in gift boxes and assortments that you can choose one by one.
Many people probably thought as children, "I wish the cakes in the store were bigger." Our store's whole cakes are unique in that they are made into whole cakes just like the ones displayed in the display case. The interior and design were done by his wife, who used to run a general goods store. The calm yet mysterious interior of the store brings out the flavor of the cakes even more. When you eat in, your food may be served on a one-of-a-kind plate made by an artist from Oita Prefecture. We recommend you enjoy the atmosphere along with the cakes.
