Freshly squeezed raw milk from a farm in Kiyose, Tokyo is processed at our cheese factory in Hibiya and delivered to our stores every day. Our "Mozzarella Nodini" and "Burrata" are made from the curd delivered from Hibiya and kneaded twice a day in our store, in the morning and evening, so they are truly freshly made! No preservatives or additives are used, so you can enjoy the pure flavor of milk and the refined taste of cheese.
The pizza is baked in a high-temperature oven and is crispy, but the use of whey in the dough gives it a chewy finish. Enjoy classic and simple pizzas with fresh cheese as the main ingredient, as well as pizzas with a seasonal feel, made with seasonal ingredients.
