The roast beef is marinated in salt, pepper and garlic for two days and then cooked in 2-3kg chunks, resulting in a finely grained and tender texture. It is served with a refreshing homemade soy sauce made with red wine and aromatic vegetables, and real wasabi. The popovers, which are like choux pastry and made with plenty of butter and eggs, are all-you-can-eat. Please enjoy with plenty of sweet and salty whipped cream and maple syrup to your liking.
The lunch menu uses fresh pasta with a chewy texture, and comes with all-you-can-eat popovers and salad for a highly satisfying meal! Trattoria CarneSio is opening as a sister restaurant to the popular bistros in Ebisu and Otemachi. We offer authentic Italian cuisine cultivated in Italy at reasonable prices. There are 54 seats in total, so you can feel free to come and have a drink after enjoying a movie or shopping, or after work.
