We offer a constantly rotating selection of 10 types of craft beer on tap and dozens of canned and bottled beers, ranging from IPAs to sour ales, Belgian styles, and stouts, all carefully curated by the owner from both Japan and abroad for a truly exciting experience. As for our food, we provide a wide variety of delicious dishes designed to pair perfectly with beer, created by our head chef with 20 years of experience. We would be delighted to provide you with a wonderful dining experience where you can enjoy your favorite beer alongside the perfect meal.
The craft beers, selected by the owner's taste, come in two sizes: a large 473ml size starting at 1,200 yen, and a small 250ml size starting at 800 yen. When a barrel is sold out, a new brand is introduced, creating the fun of being able to discover something different every time you come. The selection criteria place emphasis on the individuality of the beer itself rather than on the place of origin. Our shop is unique in that each person can enjoy the taste of their choice. Rotisserie chicken is a method of slowly roasting a whole chicken using the "rotir" technique, which means "roasting" in French. The chicken is roasted while rotating on a special grill, which removes excess fat, leaving the outside crispy and fragrant, while the inside is moist and juicy. The chicken's natural flavor is preserved and seasoned with minimal spices and herbs. When you put it in your mouth, the savory flavor and aroma of herbs spreads all at once.
This dish offers a wide variety of items, including meat such as pate de campagne, seafood such as oysters, and vegetables such as tomatoes. After toasting with your favorite craft beer, start with a sumptuous assortment of appetizers. Enjoy the variety of tastes and textures, such as the moderate saltiness and meatiness, and the refreshing taste of vegetables, and you'll find yourself drinking more and enjoying more beer and chatting. This beautiful dish highlights the sense of the head chef, who has trained at many famous restaurants. (1500 yen for one person, 2500 yen for two people)
The interior of the shop is simple and clean, with a moderate use of wood, creating a calm atmosphere. The ceiling is high and the design has an open feel. The owner of the shop is a qualified beer coordinator, so the dishes are all flavored to go well with beer. You can enjoy beer and food in a cafe-like, welcoming atmosphere.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
