Fresh fish is delivered daily from fishermen in Fukuoka, so it's extremely fresh! We get fresh fish directly from fishermen at Nokita Fishing Port in Itoshima City, on the west side of Fukuoka City. As it's all wild caught, it is subject to weather and season, but the fishermen guarantee that it's delicious. Among them, sesame mackerel is Ichijo's most popular item! The plump texture, a sign of freshness, goes perfectly with our homemade sesame sauce!
We offer carefully selected sake from all over Kyushu! Please enjoy Kyushu cuisine with Kyushu sake!
